Triage responsibility⁠

Triage responsibility is a feature available on our Business and Enterprise plans which enables you to handle incoming requests. Once triage responsibility is set, there is the option to connect your incident.io schedule to automate the rotation of first responders.

Configure⁠

Adding Linear to incident.io is simple. Just log into your incident.io web app, go to Settings > Integrations and hit Connect next to Linear. Log into your Linear account and you're all set.
