Manage incidents and triage responsibility directly in Linear
Overview
This integration lets you export your incident follow-up actions directly from incident.io to Linear in order to keep your incident tasks centralized and status updates automatically synced.
How it works
With this integration, you can export your incident tasks and follow-up actions from incident.io to Linear in a few clicks.
From your incident.io web app, select an incident, go to Follow-ups or Actions, click on the three dots on the specific task you'd like to export and then select Export to Linear. You'll be prompted to add a short description and assign the task to a team member. Hit Create and you're good to go. Your incident task is now synced and the status will be updated automatically if any changes are made in Linear.
Triage responsibility
Triage responsibility is a feature available on our Business and Enterprise plans which enables you to handle incoming requests. Once triage responsibility is set, there is the option to connect your Incident.io schedule to automate the rotation of first responders.
Configure
Adding Linear to incident.io is simple. Just log into your incident.io web app, go to Settings > Integrations and hit Connect next to Linear. Log into your Linear account and you're all set.
