Turn bugs found in real user sessions into Linear issues with the session recording attached
Overview
Flowsery is web analytics with session replay that spots bugs in real visits, like rage clicks, dead buttons and broken forms. The Linear integration files each bug as an issue in your team, with the recording attached, and closes the bug in Flowsery when the issue is done.
How it works
When Flowsery detects an issue on your site, it groups every affected session and scores it by severity. From any issue you can click Create ticket and pick a Linear team. Flowsery creates the Linear issue with the title, severity, number of sessions affected, when it was first and last seen, a link back to the issue in Flowsery, and the session recording as an attachment, so whoever picks it up can watch exactly what the visitor did.
You can also turn on automatic tickets for a website. Every new issue Flowsery detects at or above the severity you set is then filed in the team you choose, without anyone opening Flowsery first. Each issue is filed once, and the Flowsery issue keeps a link to its Linear ticket.
The link works both ways. When the Linear issue moves to a completed or canceled state, Flowsery resolves the matching issue on its side, so your bug list stays in step with what engineering has shipped. If someone revokes access in Linear, Flowsery stops sending and shows a reconnect prompt.
Configure
Open your website in Flowsery, go to Settings, then Integrations, and click Connect with Linear next to Linear. Approve access for your Linear workspace. Any Linear member can approve it; you do not need to be a Linear admin. Back in Flowsery, pick the Linear team new issues should go to, and turn on automatic tickets with a minimum severity if you want detected issues filed for you. To disconnect, use Disconnect in the same place, which also revokes the grant in Linear. Every Flowsery plan includes the integration.
