Overview

With Relay.app, you can create workflows that connect Linear with the other apps your teams use. For example, you can build workflows that automatically file a Linear issue for emails arriving in your support mailbox, and follow up with the customer after the issue has been resolved.

Relay is different from any other automation tool with one-click AI, human-in-the-loop collaboration, and a multiplayer experience from the ground up.

How it works

👩🏼‍💻 Human-in-the-Loop collaboration — Some workflows shouldn’t be 100% automated – you need a human in the loop. Relay makes it easy to involve your team: approve critical automations before they run, review the work of AI, and add a personal touch to messages.

🤝 Multiplayer from the ground up — Build your workflows together, and create playbooks with multiple roles to allow several team members to help get the job done.

Configure

Any Linear user can start building automated workflows in Relay.app for free. Just create a free Relay account and add a Linear trigger or automation to your first playbook. You'll be guided to connect your Linear account with just a few clicks.
