Your Joyn integration seamlessly connects context across your existing tools (like Slack, Github, Notion, and more) to your issues and projects in Linear, allowing you, and your customer-facing teams, to stay in the loop on product progress. Your team can follow topics and receive personalized reports in Slack.

How it works

Joyn closes the gap between customer-facing and product teams by extracting relevant information across your existing tools, like Linear, and delivering personalized insights directly in Slack. Customer-facing teams stay informed on product progress and issues affecting their customers, while product teams get the insights they need to prioritize their work.

After connecting with Linear, Joyn will automatically detect issue topics, progress, and insights. Weekly summaries, trend reports, and backlog analyses will get shared via Slack -- all personalized to highlight what each individual member (teammate) needs to know. Members can choose what topics to follow and curate their insights report by signaling what is relevant and meaningful using upvotes and downvotes via Slack.

Your trends and insights will capture the work across tools and teams to bring curated product release notes, customer-centric product feedback, and prioritized backlogs directly to your Slack.

Configure

Linear admins can setup this integration within their Joyn Account Settings using OAuth authentication. Approving the connection allows Joyn to map relevant tickets to context from other tools and deliver weekly progress summaries and trend reports.
