BuildBetter is a customer-led development platform that makes software self-iterating — customer complains in the morning, Linear issue created instantly, scoping document generated shortly after, PR merged by afternoon, customer notified before EOD.

How it works⁠

BuildBetter consumes all customer and company knowledge and extracts Signals with your companies and products CustomContext. These Signals can be over 20 different types of insights like bugs, feature requests and commitments.

From there BuildBetter identifies themes and patterns into clusters, so your team can understand what Signals are emerging and need you attention.

Once you’ve decided what to work on from a Signal or a Cluster, you can a Linear issue and track those issues in Linear. Once that issue is complete, you can then use BuildBetter to close the loop with customers and notify those affected.
