- TweakTick
Turn client feedback on websites, images, PDFs and video into Linear issues.
Overview
TweakTick collects client feedback where it belongs: clients click on a live website, image, PDF or video and leave a comment pinned to that spot, without making an account. With the Linear integration, each new client comment becomes a Linear issue in the team and project you pick, and status, replies, assignee and priority stay in sync both ways.
How it works
Clients review a live website, image, PDF or video in TweakTick and leave comments pinned to the exact spot, with no account needed. Each new client comment becomes a Linear issue in the team (and project) you choose, with a link back to the pinned comment. Changes come from the TweakTick app user, so your team’s activity stays clean.
The sync runs both ways. Replies in TweakTick are added to the issue, and comments written in Linear come back as agency-only replies. Marking the issue done resolves the comment in TweakTick, and reopening it reopens the comment. Assignee and priority stay in step in both directions.
Internal (agency-only) comments are labelled “[Internal]” or left out with one switch, so a client who can see the team never sees them. The integration works on every TweakTick plan, including Free; paid plans start at $19/mo.
Configure
You need a TweakTick account (the Free plan works) and permission to create issues in the Linear team.
- In TweakTick, open Settings → Integrations (https://tweaktick.com/settings/integrations) and press Connect next to Linear. Approve access in Linear.
- In a project’s settings, pick a Linear team (and project), and the statuses to use for resolved and reopened comments.
- Match teammates to Linear users under People (Linear ↔ your team) so assignees carry over.
- New client comments now appear as Linear issues. Work them in Linear; TweakTick follows.
To disconnect: Settings → Integrations → Disconnect next to Linear. Full guide: https://tweaktick.com/help/linear-integration
