We're looking for a growth marketer who knows how to move numbers. That means owning paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and the full self-serve funnel, and doing it with the kind of rigor and systems thinking that compounds over time. You'll work closely with RevOps and sales on targeted account-based marketing plays, and take ownership of our growth programs (startup, creator, affiliate), but the centre of gravity here is performance and distribution.

Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company. This role is open to candidates based in the US and Europe. You can work from anywhere within those regions. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you’ll do
Own paid acquisition across search, social, and other relevant channels, building campaigns that perform and scale
Drive lifecycle marketing across the full funnel, from activation through to upgrade and expansion
Develop and execute ABM programmes targeting high-value accounts in partnership with sales
Own Linear's growth programmes (startup, creator, affiliate) as scalable, well-run initiatives
Partner closely with Product and RevOps to influence onboarding, activation, and upgrade moments
Use AI and automation tools actively to move faster and do more. This is a core part of how we expect this role to operate, not a nice-to-have
What we’re looking for
6+ years in growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company, with hands-on experience in paid media, lifecycle, and ABM
Deep familiarity with self-serve and product-led growth funnels, and how sales-led motions sit alongside them
Someone who started in growth in the last few years and has grown up with AI tooling. You default to automation, actively tinker with what's emerging, and use it to do work that would otherwise take a team
Comfortable with data. Ideally you know SQL and can dig into metrics yourself
Systems thinker who designs processes that scale, not just campaigns that run
Good judgment and taste. You can prioritise independently and know when something isn't working
Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
