Marketing, Full-time (North America)

Enterprise Product Marketing Manager

At Linear, we are on a mission to bring magic back to software. To empower product teams to do their best work, we are building an issue tracking and project management tool that combines UI elegance with world-class performance. Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for thousands of high-impact companies to build their products better.

Linear was set up as a fully remote company from the start. Today, our small but mighty team is distributed across North America and Europe. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and our passion for software craftsmanship. We are all makers at heart and care deeply about the quality of our work.

The magic of Linear is a function of both precision engineering and carefully crafted design. Now, we’re looking to bring that same level of craft to how we tell our story to enterprise audiences.

About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Enterprise Product Marketing Manager to shape Linear’s go-to-market narrative for larger organizations. You’ll lead positioning, messaging, and launch strategy for enterprise-ready features and integrations, and ensure that our sales team is equipped with the tools and assets they need to close and expand enterprise deals.

You will develop deep empathy for our customers, translate technical product functionality into clear, differentiated value, and drive alignment across Sales, Product, and Marketing. This role is ideal for a product marketer who loves digging into the “why” behind a product, crafting compelling enterprise stories, and building polished, effective materials that help teams scale.

What You'll Do

  • Own messaging and positioning for Linear’s enterprise offerings, ensuring clarity, consistency, and resonance across channels

  • Develop and refine customer personas and buyer journeys specific to enterprise use cases, from engineering and product leaders to procurement and IT stakeholders

  • Enable the Sales and Success teams with compelling collateral for value-based selling: pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, ROI narratives, and more

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deeply understand the roadmap and lead launch marketing efforts for new marquee enterprise features and integrations

  • Launch new capabilities to the market, ensuring positioning, internal enablement, and external storytelling are cohesive and impactful

  • Create compelling case studies that highlight enterprise adoption and measurable outcomes

  • Conduct competitive research and win/loss analysis, informing positioning and informing the broader GTM strategy

  • Train internal teams on messaging and positioning to ensure consistency and alignment across all customer-facing touchpoints

  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing and Magic (our internal creative team) teams on campaigns and initiatives that support strategic enterprise goals

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in SaaS or developer tools

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales motions, with a strong grasp of enablement, positioning, and technical storytelling

  • Proven ability to craft messaging that resonates across different personas and buying stages

  • Strong content creation skills — written, visual, and strategic — with a portfolio of polished work

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales, Product, and Engineering

  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and motivation, with a builder’s mindset

  • A refined aesthetic sensibility and appreciation for Linear’s design-driven brand

What We Offer

  • Interesting and challenging work

  • Work-life balance

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Employee-friendly equity terms (early exercise, extended exercise)

  • Paid lunch and coffee during workdays

  • Work remotely, no commuting to the office

  • Paid co-working space/desk at an office

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (US)

  • Regular team events and offsites

  • 5 weeks of paid vacation

  • 4 months of paid parental leave
